Q. How should I prepare for the shoot?
A. We recommend bringing a change of outfits, perhaps something casual and then something a bit more smarter/formal. Coordinated outfits work a treat, such as blue jeans and white shirts, otherwise picking colours that compliment eachother such as warmer tones (red and oranges etc). If in doubt, monochrome is a safe bet! Avoid anything with logos if you want your photos to stand the test of time, or busy/big patterns as this sometimes may clash in group photos.
Q. How many photos will I get to choose from?
A. We aim to provide you with around 30 photos, however each shoot will vary.
Q. Can we bring props or my child's toys to the shoot?
A. Yes please do! Even well behaved pets are welcome! Families will often bring in music instruments, ballet outfits or anything else that may represent your family.
Q. Some photographers aren’t DBS checked. Are yours?
A. Yes, all our photographers have enhanced DBS checks, and are able to produce certificates upon request.
Q. What does the booking fee include, and what if I need to cancel?
A. You can use the £25 booking fee towards any products after your shoot. If you need to cancel, you must let us know at least 48 hours before in order for us to refund your booking fee.
Q. Do you have parking?
A. Yes! We have ample parking on Londonderry Farm.
Q. Am I able to afford it?!
A. We want to make sure there is something for everyone, and there is nothing worse than seeing beautiful photos that you can't purchase. To be transparent, our products range from £60 for individual prints, to digital packages that vary form £195-£395 (For all images). We also do framed and unframed packages that range from £120-£200. This is in line, if not cheaper than other studios that may try to lure people in with one free complimentary print but charge the world for anything else.
