How do I access my child’s photographs?
You will be provided with a Proof sheet, with a QR Code/Unique Code. You can use this on our shop page (Parent login above). Please contact us if you have lost your proof/sign in code.
How long are photographs available to order?
We will keep the images as long as possible, usually years in case you want to order at any point in the future.
Can I order digital images?
Yes - We sell the digital versions of Individual/Sibling photos - these are often best value as you gain the copyright from us to print as many as you like yourself. Please note we do not sell Group photos digitally due to safeguarding.
